In the 1970s she appeared in Spanish Horror films such as "Cuadecuc vampir" and "Nights of Dracula", appearing as a vampire in each along with the comedies "Amo mi cama rica", "Spaniards in Paris" and "Pierna creciente falda menguante" (all in 1970). In the 1980s and 1990s her screen presence decreased as she worked almost exclusively with Fernán Gómez. Cohen worked in "The Dumbfounded King" (1991) in a great role as the widow duchess of Maestrazgo, and she is also credited as collaborator for Oscar-winning "Belle epoque" (1992, best foreign movie, and featuring Fernán-Gómez. She has since appeared in such films as "Bibliofrenia" (2003) or "Oculto" (2005), agian, usually only in projects where Fernán-Gómez has also been involved. Emma is also a journalist for Spanish newspaper El Mundo.
